Seems only to be the echo effect, when several guis are open the echo gui doesn't include a close button (If I closed the other 2 [reverb, flanger] in this picture the dock button will also vanish)

Cant reproduce it here. What is your screen resolution ? And i doubt that its something related to a particular effect, It could be just depending on the order you dock the effects, but again, i tried to reproduce it and cant.

1280 * 800 I too struggled to figure a reproduction method, but it has happened more than once, I'll try again

Nope all good here, and i forced1280x800 from settings too..
Is this skin related ? I tried with the VirtualDJ 2 decks one.

The only thing i can see, is that glitch with the pin buttons not getting the same position to all of them, (which could be the bug actually), but i never lose them.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention '4 deck skin' (and 6 decks too oddly)
2 deck appears ok for me too
Actually 2 deck errors too with beat,grid distortion, reverb, echo and flanger
It appears to be in some circumstances ( what was on the bottom when it was 1 stack of effects, when it becomes 2 stacks the error happens to what was bottom

It certainly has to do with the available Browser height, but still unable to reproduce it. Having the skin semi-maximized or maximized makes any difference ?
Edit, ah it happens with the 2 decks skin too ? Well..hmm.. no idea :(

Skin is maximized, must be my crappy GFX chip, struggling to keep up, it is does correlate when a stack gets resized in width then get separated into 2 stacks,
I can't say much else I can reproduce it every time to my method, you can't it must be my end at fault.
