When I search, there are two files, the real one and another one with a . (dot) in front of it. The file doesn't exist and is only 4kb. I used the remove missing files but it doesn't do anything. However, I can delete them manually. It's not causing any real issue, just more of an annoyance really. I also have an issue with the display of the folders - sometimes they look like normal yellowy windows folders and other times they appear to be white. Images of the first issue attached. Everything else appears to be working fine.

Advanced options showM3UAsFolders switch it off.
