I'm having a lot of trouble with latency on my microphone, any suggestions? It seems like it might be a windows problem as the graphs in VDJ show the sound immediately but there's a delay before it goes through my speakers.

The solution is to use a better audio interface.
Get yourself one that has ASIO support (genuine ASIO, not ASIO4ALL) and the latency will be a thing of the past.
