Sujet: Green Screen issues with Clipbank

I'm trying to load a still image of a local college logo into the clipbank for audio only files and whenever I click on 'Activate", all it shows is a green screen. Can anyone help me with troubleshooting? Thank you!

Record it in a video editor for a couple of seconds then use it, or use one of the other plugins like show logo.
