I have windows 8. When I extend the display to a projector for playing music videos there is a frame around the video with the word video at the top. This only happens with vdj8 it does not appear when I use vdj7. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the frame?

Just maximize the video window on your 2nd screen.
If that doesn't help go to settings - options and change "videoForceFullscreen" from 0 to 1.
(Maybe you have to check the advanced settings checkbox if you dont't see this option)

VideForceFullscreen should stay at 0 (default value)
To maximize the video on the 2nd screen (or any screen), simply drag the window to that screen, and then double-click inside that window.
