I open V8 program and all my licences and controller indicate I am currently logged in. Also my Log in indicates I am logged in. Once I load a cache file to play POP indicates my I need to refresh my cache file, this happens to every cache File I load. I open configure again and log out, then log in again. one this is done all cache work once I load files to decks.

I think all of the songs I cached on 8 work, but I was having the same problem with songs I cached on 7. I would have to actually delete the old cached file, and download again in 8. I'm trying to make the switch to 8, so I just purchased 130 cached tracks that I was using fairly regularly.

Would it be possible to send such a cached file that is unable to be refreshed so that it can be investigated why it fails to refresh?
