Sujet External hard drive doesn't open to see tracks

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I'm using an external hard drive for my files. It is showing in my browser as a volume but when i go to open the volume to show me the files in that hard drive it does NOT open. but yet when I go to sear for a file that I know is on that hard drive It come up. Why won't the drive be able to open? Can someone help!!!!!!! Using a MAC and VDJ8
