Sujet: EQ's not full kill

I have a ddj ergo and the EQ knobs aren't killing all the frequencies like they should. This only happens in vdj8 and it's quite annoying because I like the better sound quality and effects which is important mixing the genre of my choice. I have downloaded all the latest versions and drivers and still no change someone please help.

Have you changed the eq to full kill in settings?
