I'm looking for a method to detach the browser from the decks and move it to a second monitor. I'd like to have the decks, wheels, etc.. on a touch screen and have the browser on my laptops screen. Any thoughts, suggestions? Skins?

If you get the skin building kit from the downloads you will easily be able to determine if it can easily be done.
The graphics desktop mode must of couse be set to extended. You might inspire one of the skin builders with your interesting idea.

There are no skins available yet which have a detachable browser, but apparently it's possible.
Mind you, with the VDJ 8 skin SDK still unfinished, it doesn't help. :-(
What can be done fairly easily though is to have a separate pop up window with a browser in it. This could then be resized or moved to a second screen.

Skin Builder Beta is easy to use, it is just a question of if you can drag things such as the browser onto the extended desktop, and then lock the whole new skin.

Thanks for the input. I'd think if the two monitors were the same resolution, a skin spanning the total space might work...
