I recently purchase the Hercules DJ RMX2 and i am having problems getting Virtual DJ 7.4.2 to recognize the sound card. Everything works on the RMX2 however, when i go to config/sound setup/sound card the RMX2 does not show up, but all the buttons work. I have downloaded all the drivers and updates from Hercules and Virtual DJ. My Hercules MK2 and RMX show up and work just fine. What can i do to fix this?

You mean its not showing as ASIO ? It does if you select 4.1 in Outputs ?

You could try to uninstall older versions of Hercules Drivers and have a clean installation of the new ones.
