just downloaded it and its working fine no password required

I'm using Linux Mint.
Maybe that makes a difference.
 
I can only open half the pdf documents, and none othe Native Instruments ones.
 
Is there anywhere else I might get the document?
 
I've got it, I changed browser from opera to firefox, and logged in on firefox. Odd.
 
Indeed the pdf document is password protected, but ONLY for editing. Viewing does NOT require a password.
Perhaps your Linux PDF reader misbehaves on that manner...
