Swap Ctrl+Drag and Shift+Drag - tool tip not swapped, Ctrl says move still

It's the tooltip that's wrong. The action works as stated (CTRL copies, SHIFT moves)

I work two hours with video closes and makes this .....with the previous version worked the videos with difficulty but not close I am completely baffled not going to happen from one moment to another
