So you can access Authentication from your machine but not from VDJ, it has to be a firewall.

But where, I have turned off Norton, is there any where else?
Posté Wed 29 Apr 15 @ 6:59 pm
I looks like it has to be a Windows thing. I just re installed Windows on my lappy, I had Norton installed and it worked perfect. Then what ever windows updates It had to do wiped it out. Again locked out where I cannot sign in.

You shouldn't need to turn it off, just give V8 inbound and outbound permision
Posté Wed 29 Apr 15 @ 10:05 pm
It only shows up with the inbound.
I do not see it on the outbound

Well as a start disable windows FW completely and try log in, if that works enable the FW and make an outbound rule.

possibly your router blocks the Port VirtualDj is using by default ( 80)
Try to unplug the router from the electric power, wait half a minute and pugin again.
Router should reset.
