Can you post a screenshot of your audio settings?
Also, what is your signal chain? What cables to what devices.

Sorry Cannot get a screen shot.
I have a all in one pc connected to the Stanton SCS 4DJ with lead provided in Box. out of the Stanton with 1/4 inch jacks to powered speakers

Windows PC's can capture a screen shot with the print screen button. Then you can paste that into MS paint. Save it as a JPEG, and upload it here.

Basically the SCS4DJ is designed to be run as a standalone unit, without a computer. It doesn't need one. That's it's raison d'etre.
If you're looking for a controller to use with DJ software, the SCS4DJ is not it. :-)
