Sujet Volume bug when using Sandbox

Hi, I am running VDJ 8.1 build 2587.1086 and Numark Mixtrack Pro 3.

As I click Sandbox, the volume gets a boost that is unhealthy for both ears and headphones. It also seems to disengage the volume controls in a way that surely was not intended.

In Sandbox mode:
Cue Gain - non responsive (probably maxxed out)
Cue Mix - non responsive (and probably is not needed in sandbox if i understand the purpose of it...)
Master Gain - adjusts both headphones and speaker output.

So I THINK it is a matter of disabling the volume boost... perhaps related only to the fact that cue gain is non responsive? But please try it out and it will be very apparant to you.

I have also reported this in the chat but never got a notification of the ticket.

Best,

Henrik

Thanks, love VDJ btw, just using it for a month or so now and if I will keep this progress up there might be a pro upgrade soon :-D

There is indeed a fix for Headphones in Sandbox, but not in the latest public build (currently 2828).
If you want to get the fix earlier , you will need to enable the setting earlyAccessUpdates (in Advanced Options) so that you get the latest Early Access build (currently 2832)
