It's a really nice little unit. If only it had a mic input it would be perfect.

Ah, never thought of that. I have never ever routed a mic through the software.

How well does it work Babis?

Is it possible to assign an EQ to the mic input?

Reloop was kind to send us a sample unit. For a low-end/entry/backup solution, its perfect. Had fun with it !

Yes, you can assign any deck as Mic Input using
deck X linein 'mic'
and then use the software EQ or/and Effects too

Babis maybe you can help answer my question....

Does the Mixtour require the PSU at all times or can it run from USB power?

I did ask Reloop but they didn't reply.

AC power is only used with the iOS application which comes bundled with, in order the iOS device to be charged i guess.

Hello..
Is it possible to use the FX Button witout the High/Lowpass filter Knob ??
Normaly in controller mappings by Virtual DJ Settings the KEYS "FILTER" & "FILTER_FX" are concerned fo these settings
but i don´t know the Code to modify this. i hope VDJ Support can give me this Information.

Just ordered one for delivery on Monday. Looks like a really decent piece of kit.

Just need to add some sort of mapping for pitch bend

djkit.com are selling it at an introductory price of £110 including a free carry bag.

Works great with VDJ.

The Android interface with Djay 2 is a total fail. No PFL or master volume. Tried on 2 different devices and nothing. I have tweeted Reloop about this and other users have posted about this on their forum.

None of my iOS DJ apps work with the Mixtour either.

I got mine today, and have just been going through my iPad trying all the DJ apps with the Mixtour connected.

It's a pity that Atomix haven't released a proper DJ app...

I think it only works with Djay 2 (Algoriddim)

I don't have anything Apple to test it with.

@djdad I have just been trying out my Mixtour with VDJ 8 and noticed that when the filter/fx knob is is in 'fx' mode, it still controls the filter (as well as the fx parameter).

To me that seems strange. I would expect it to only control the filter when in filter mode, and the fx when in fx mode.

Can you post an alternative mapping that removes the filter from the fx mode?

The mapper was based on how the unit was mapped in the bundled software and in cooperation with Reloop.
In fact, there was an alternative mapping file without the Combo Filter FX, but we preferred the original idea. Will upload an alternative mapping file in the Addons next week offering just FX control in the FX mode and will post the link here.

+1 on this, already noted in the greek section.

I tried to mapped shift+Browser encoder in order to search through the track but it doesn't stop when the song reaches the starting point (00:00). It continues to go backwards. If i continue to take the song backward let's say for 1 minute, then when i hit play the song will start after 1 minute which is awkward.
I used one of the following commands with the same result.

param_multiply 0.1 & jogwheel
SHIFT_BROWSER_ENC as song_p

Your feedback will be highly appreciated.
