Anybody interested in sharing the output of VirtualDJ over a network, or receiving the output of other applications from different machines on a network?
The "VDJSpoutSender" and "VDJSpoutReceiver" plugins will allow you to do that because "Spout to NDI" will share Spout sources over a network using the Newtek NDI (Network Device Interface) protocol (http://www.newtek.com/ndi.html).
There is also a Syphon equivalent "Syphon2NDI", so machines using VirtualDJ on a Mac with OSX can share with Windows machines over a network.
Performance looks good so far, but this is fresh of the press and we need beta testers. For more details, check out the Spout forum here.
