Think I found out why... did not have DirectX 9.0c installed. Appears to be working now...
Played a video nicely but cannot get the visuals to show up. But also, when clicking the video button, the screen looks 'chalky'. Did not see this on 8.1
The first image is what the screen looks like w/o video enabled. 2nd picture is normal.
Does not matter if no external display is used or not.
I backed up the 8.1 exe and it's xml file and told 8.2 to make a new xml file

And cannot use the 8.1 exe file w/ the new settings as it acts rather wonky...
