VirtualDJ - Video Sampler[SOLVED]

i'm adding a video to the sampler when i click on settings then choose, loop, flat, and no audio, then click save the video just disappears, also it crashes virtual DJ when i add the video then click on the settings

please help i have a wedding this weekend and this video needs to be on loop throughout the night

well obviously VDJ 8.2 or i wouldn't be posting in here would i, and i'm on windows 7 and everything is upto date

8.2 has had several builds lately so the build number would help too .....

You seem not to be adding a visual image to the file before saving, I wonder if that is the problem.

replicated - current release build on win10/i7/16gigRAM/2gig video mem
with video loop playing I hit REC for the loop and then tried to click edit button icon and it kept playing loop and stopped responding.
VDJ currently frozen and about to End Task

edit update - editing video sample on pc drive just closes window when you click save icon but can't even click on editor icon without it freezing

well someone on a facebook group says his still disappears and freezes so, even though he has show video selected, so something is going on

Me is that someone on facebook. the disappearing on save part is less an issue than the software hanging.
update: right clicking on the saved/recorded sample allows it to be edited and saved. but selecting the gear/edit icon NOT right clicking on it = instant hang
