I thought if a new message came in it displayed the number of unread messages beside the Ask the DJ browser entry.
It's definitely not working as I clicked and found new tweets that were not highlighted.

If you right click the Ask The DJ folder and go to Monitoring, what is selected? The default is "When the folder is open" rather than "Always".

Still not working in 3440.
It's only when I access the folder the tweets are there. No notification.
I will just raise a support ticket or chat as this thread doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

Confirmed by George on chat that this does not work correctly. It highlights new requests on "askthedj" but not on Twitter.

I missed the mention of tweets in the first post - updating of the folder count is not currently implemented for tweets. I will have a look at adding it :)
