Sujet Behringer CMD PL-1 knob LED to 4 bar beat position.

I have the Behringer CMD PL-1 and I would like to get the LEDs for the knob to rotate to a 4 beat measure. I tried using get_beat_bar, get_beatpos, etc, but I can't seem to get it to work. Have any suggestions?
