So it is "NO SOUND" or "CUTTING" or small AUDIO STOPPED working?

We've had these issues on 5 systems, all adjusted, calibrated and set. Hope to be able to help you out.

If your on a pc I had the same issues around 3 years ago. Fixed by right clicking on the VDJ load icon and selecting run with graphics processor then selecting my NVIDIA card at the time. Also make sure nothing else is running on the PC, no antivirus or anything as this can cause the files to fail.. Finally check what processes are running and kill anything unnecessary to free up as much CPU and Memory as possible. VDJ caches tracks to Memory to play them. Hope this helps.

- Try a different USB cable.
- With the unit connected to USB, make sure the Pioneer sound card is not the default sound card of your OS.
