Sujet KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

got an ACER Cortona which run on window 10 but can't connect to my B CMD studio. It always says " KMode exception not handle. what failed CMDstudio4a.sys." Follow steps in "how to fix the KMODE" in Google, updated the drivers but i still got the messages.
don't know anymore how to fix.
does any have this kind of problem and how to fix it.
