I am on a Monthly pay, I am up to date. Almost all of my music is showing License Expired and I cannot download any of the same music to set it back up. I need an answer ASAP or will need to move on to another product. Please let me know what is going on. Thanks

You'd be better raising a support ticket. Only staff can respond regarding licencing issues and no-one on the forum can help with that.
