i think, well i know my first mcx8000 was defective. but i tried a friends on my pc and its fine. would it be possible to get a mc7000, use my numark dashboard for the screens, and my pioneer ddj sp1 for the pads? or would that "confuse vdj". seems like it should work.

Why would you need the SP1 if the MC7000 has pad support anyway?

does it? i have an ear infection and the flu now. so im not totally in the best mood. i was just given the ddj dp1 as a gift and never used it.

the dashboard should work well. i use it with my mc6000mk2. and im using vdj mainly now for podcasts. and on a pc where power and latency isnt and issue. on my lappy it was ok. but 4k laptops arent so great for djing. windows 10 wont let me change the resolution back down to regular hd. and djing with glasses isnt fun. lol
