Is there a way to define the aspect ratio of the video file when recording output to an MP4 file?
My question is not in regards to the 'letterboxing' option, because that setting affects how video files you are SPINNING are treated. My question is more about how the ultimate output is treated.
Basically when I record a file, I always seem to get a 864x480 MP4 file, which is a 16x9 aspect ratio... even though I have set master output to a physical monitor that is 4x3 and a resolution of 1024x768. I would expect to get a 1024x768 file.
I am VJing classic music videos from the 1980s, so they are all in 4x3 aspect ratio.
