It seems that 'deck all' is broken in combination with 'shift' command.
Workaround: deck 1 shift & deck 2 shift & deck 3 shift & deck 4 shift
This works! (I just tested it :P )

And I've been thinking of playing around with the 99 deck skin!! :o)
I think I'll stick to the old skool scripting solution :-)
