so im using serato sl3 time code box, with a set of cdj, what i want to know is how can i fix the delay with these equipment ? i use virtual dj 8 pro infinite with a 2012 macbook pro

A "set of cdj"? Please give more detail. Which CDJs? There are five current models, and about ten discontinued ones.
If you're using recent ones then you don't need timecode or the SL3 interface - the CDJs will connect directly to the computer and act as controllers and audio interfaces.
