So I had this issue when I first got my NS6II about a year ago, then it basically went away was never resolved with settings or changes on my end. So I was thinking with fixs in a newer build of VDJ it was resolved, but now it's back with recent builds.
I plug in my Controller to the 1 USB 2 port on my Win10 Laptop, then power up VDJ. Recognizes sound card and doesn't tell me its missing, but the controller itself doesn't work. While VDJ is running, I power off and on the controller and sometimes its the first try sometimes takes 5-10 tries but eventually it works.
Any thoughts. I have the latest firmware and drivers that Numark has available on their website.
