Sujet DDJ1000 Issues with screens

The colors work fine but when i select FILTER, in the deck one appears as gray, in the screen of vdj it doesnt move the knobs in the 4 decks.. but sounds when i move in the 1000.. maybe a mapping issue..

Is this MAC or PC ?
What build of VDJ ?
Does it happen with both USB connections on the DDJ1000 ?

yes, sorry for not be complete with the details..
MAC 8.3 v4742
Both USB

Edit: Try with:

4720: Decks Screens with the same problem of v4742 Blinks and loses Waveform information.. and BeatFX Screen totally dark, and Sound color Fx (Echo, Pitch, Noise and Filter buttons with no responses).. when i move the Color knob only responses in Filter mode... i think in this version not fully supported
