I don't have a search function and can't switch between 2 or 4 decks , using VDJ LE with a JB SYSTEMS Kontrol 3S controller. Is this normal ? The Belgium dealer of JB SYSTEMS say that there is no search function is available with VDJ LE ?

Correct. Strange decision by Atomix made to force you to upgrade to a licenced version.
