Hello
I have VDJ 8.2.3967 installed, i installed the free VDJ 2020 to try it out , and 2020 works fine, now if I try to open VDJ 8 , my PC blue screens and and the error says "Skin Variation" ( cant read the rest it reboots to quick )
using Windows 10 , 64bit
any input would be great

When you run 2020 it starts up with the new skin. That means any previously installed VDJ version will then also try to start up with that skin, because the settings.xml gets modified.
My guess is that your old VDJ version is too old to be able to use the new skin. Later versions (but still pre 2020) can run the skin. Try VDJ 8.3.
It's a bit harsh that an incompatible skin causes a BSOD though.

where can i down load a version newer than 8.2 b3967 but not the 2020 version
