Visuals with rotate are resized before the rotation
This is a problem when window does not respect initial image ratio : the final height and width do not match actual aspect ratio
say image is 1:1 window is 4:1 the resized visual will display 1:4 at 90°
with rotation done before to resize, the display would be fine : 4:1
