Atomix Productions customer support has changed. Due to the high level of virus and spams we were receiving everyday, our team encountered more and more difficulties to answer your message in the shortest delay.

As customer support has always been our priority, we have modified our support system and we offer you right now a new way to communicate with us for any question, problem, or idea.

So, starting from the end of the week, we won't accept new email on service@virtualdj.com and support@virtualdj.com.

We have designated our new support system to better follow your problem from the first message to our final answer. Besides you will now be able to manage your questions and see their status in real time.
Any message will be marked as read/answered/in progress and of course we will notify your by email.

Please note that two "e-service's feedbacks" topics have been opened on our forums to let you post your ideas and comments about our new support system.
