no sound coming through the stream and everything setup correctly cause the link is green, please help

Do you have a "Record" entry in sound settings, in VirtualDJ ?
That is set to a line-in with no sound?
(record entry makes VirtualDJ record/broadcast from external source, aka line-in)

Where are you broadcasting to? And what is your sounds settings?

How did you "test" if there was no sound?
If you checked on your own computer, and only have one PC sound card available, it may be that its already in use (in VirtualDJ), it can be the browser can not play same time (since sound card is already in use) (unless you disable "exclusiveaudio")
Try check if all is good on your phone for example ;-)

by sharing the link with a family member and my wife even tried on her phone and still no sound
and the "exclusiveaudio" is already set to yes
