Working all ok yesterday now comes up with cant open cant find skins library reinstall go to reinstall from website put in serial no and comes back already registred wont let download help

Did you try rebooting could just be a file locked stopping vdj loading that will clear once rebooted usually no need to reinstall

Should also be able to find the installer here, since you have already registed the serial to your account :
