Sujet Issues playing wave files

I have got one of the collections from Mastermix on wave format and my virtual dj won't pay them it's bringing back this error?

Can anyone help please

Wave files play here without a problem.
Do these specific files play in other software?

Also worth noting you are not logged in to the software ;)
