Sujet VirtualDJ 8 Pioneer DDJ-SB3 Jogwheel Issues

So ever since I got this Pioneer DDJ-SB3 and VirtualDJ8, everything was working well. I updated my app one day and then all of a sudden whenever CDJ (slip mode) is enabled with keylock and I spin my jogwheel forward, the pitch still changes. I look on the GUI and the keylock is enabled but somehow whenever I spin my jogwheel forward to seek through tracks the pitch still changes and it affects my performance greatly and ruins my whole experience. I completely reinstalled, cleared registry, restored factory settings, switched USB ports, etc. and this is still happening. Does this happen with anyone else or is something happening under the hood that I don't know about.
