I bought this controller yesterday however when I log into VDj it stating that I needed to download drivers. I downloaded the drivers and I am still unable to fully log into VDJ ive turned my computer off and on and its still asking me to install drivers. Ive updated the firmware as well still nothing

What exactly does/did the message say?
What drivers did you download (name of file)?

If you are on Mac you need to visit System Preferences -> Privacy & Security and allow the drivers to be installed
