Is there a plugin or similar that enables multicast from within VDJ itself?

multicasting what ?

anyway the answer may be certainly yes

dmx and audio can directly
or via some experimental plugins (artnet or vban)
using external tool such as OBS or Voicemeeter can do multicasting too
depending on what you wanna multicast
