I Just got a new laptop (windows 10) and I'm trying to record my mix. When I try to play it back it's telling me (windows media player encountered a problem while playing this file) Has anyone had a problem like this? Can someone help me please?

Record what, audio video? What format did you record to, MP3, WAV, MP4?

Does it play if you drag to deck in VirtualDJ?
If not, the file might be corrupted.. . and if it does, its just windows media player not being able to play the format perhaps

...and get a decent player, like Foobar 2000 or VLC.
