Usually means you spelled it incorrectly (or domain dont exist), or the port you set is wrong
Perhaps the first, since there doesnt seem to be any response on that domain http://rasenradioleipzig.steam.laut.fm/ or http://rasenradioleipzig.steam.laut.fm:8000
(but could be other port) (and not double sub-domain both rasenradioleipzig and steam is at least not common)

Should be stream, not steam.
