Just came across this post because I found that VDJ is writing the musical key to my MP3 after I played the track. I use MIK to analyze keys and they are written in Camelot notation. I noticed in Windows Explorer that the format of some tracks had changed and I didn't know which program was making the change.
In VDJ I have setTagsAuto key enabled because sometimes I change the genre, rating or I use discogs to retreive the year and I Want this to be written to the MP3-tag. Just not understanding why VDJ is updating the key format as well as I also have the UseKeyFromTag enabled. I didn't do an analysis in VDJ. It looks like VDJ is change changing the key, it's only changing the format.
