I’m using a numark controller with virtual DJ and soundcloud as my music provider obviously I can’t record my sets with the soundcloud music is there any way round this or anything I can download or buy to be able to record my sets

There's a reason why it's not possible to record - the music doesn't belong to you.
The same applies to any service where the music is rented, not purchased.
