You can buy other products but you can't buy virtual dj or you can't buy anything at all?

You might have to set the visa card to allow purchases abroad.
Sometimes a card has regional blocks as security, and if so, often you can just set "allow" in your online banking
Can alternatively try the PayPal option at purchase, where PayPal is the one processing your Visa card.
