For ex.,
when I move the scroll the tiniest possible movement (up or down), the pitch changes by 0.63%. But when I click by cursor (left mouse click) and try to move the tiniest possible amount, I can get smaller amounts...
I'm wondering if it's possible to adjust the amount scrolled by the mouse scroll?

the mouse scroll is speed dependent
base slow scroll is +/- 0.03125 = 1/32 or showing as 0.31%
faster is *2 *3 ...
0.0625 or showing as 0.63%
you can modify the value simply using param_multiply
(but if it's for a custom slider you may have to :
- save / reset initial value in a way to keep the slider in sync
- apply some workaround in a way to keep slider in range 0..1)
