The implantation of Scratch Bank was sensational .... But in my tests here I realized that it does not allow SYNC with another Deck. I use the SYNC function active in some Scratch banks because the Effects like Echo and Delay are also in sync with Beat and not in Deck time with the scrtach sample. Do I need to do any configuration or is the function really not possible? In Serato, for example, Sync works normally as an example.

You can sync to other deck as you normally can (using deck sync button or pitch)
But I guess you perhaps mean auto sync on load, perhaps that should be an added option.
