All of a sudden my virtual dj 8 won't open my hardrive folder, when I plug the hardrive in its recognized but when I click to open the folder it dosn't respond, it's the same with my other drives too that I have for back up

Sounds like nothing I've seen on the forums, probably best you give some more details.
mac/pc would be a start, so only external drives? can you access outside of vdj?
there's lots of fault finding questions that could be asked, [when did it work last, did an update show/cause the problem] more info you give the quicker we can find a fix.
