I allways use my mic attached to DDJ-RR and stream to OBS configuring 3 master outputs:
Master to DDJ-RR out
Master to Realtek internal comuputer interface (used for output to OBS)
Master to Samsung HDMI (used for hear output in my sound system).
My mic works fine until the last night.
The sound from the mic is on my DDJ-RR, i can hear it on my headphones, on Booth output (used to stream on instagram from my phone) but can't hear in output master to Realtek or Samsung HDMI.
Nothing was changed in my setup or configs from last time thats it worked.
I don't know why not work any more.

The unit has a hardware mode and a software mode for the mic.
In hardware mode it goes straight to the speaker outputs of the DDJ-RR (master/booth).
In software mode its heard by the computer (and VirtualDJ) and should work to your connected speakers via the computer (and you turn on the mic in VirutalDJ)
You switch between hardware/software mode at the rear panel, look for the "PCMIX" switch
