Sujet Bought an Analog Mixer License instead of a Numark Mixtrack Pro

Hello Guys, I bought my license to start using my Mixer but it wasn't no connected so it detected nothing.

This ended up in me buying a license for an Analog Mixer since there was nothing connected.

Did someone else have this issue. Is there anything I can do ?
